Description

Work shall consist of the following approximate quantities: 5,400 linear feet concrete curb, 14,300 square yards sidewalk and aprons, 5,000 square feet of retaining wall together with miscellaneous other related work items. The Contractor shall proceed with this work after signing of the contract and shall complete Phases I and II by Friday, December 11, 2020. The Contractor shall be substantially complete with all the phases of the project by Friday, April 30, 2021. The Contractor must substantially complete all proposed improvements on one (1) roadway before starting the next roadway improvements.
