Mainiero Square Improvements

The work consists of furnishing all necessary materials, labor, tools & equipment for the improvements at Mainiero Square located at D Street and Third Street, including demolition, concrete stage construction, seat wall, salvaging of existing equipment, landscaping and sidewalk necessary to complete the project. COMPLETION OF WORK: The contract duration, including active construction and materials procurement, shall be thirty five (50) working days. Ordering of materials shall proceed within 10 days after the date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. Construction activities shall commence on July 5, 2022 and shall be completed within the allowable working days. Contractor shall provide the City with a tentative construction start date and the City reserves the right to modify the construction start date at their discretion.
