Turner C Upper Roof Replacement

Base Bid work includes a two-ply modified bitumen roof system for Roof Areas A, A1, B1, C, D, D1 and D2 for approximately 105 squares. Alternate Number 1 work includes the same work as the Base Bid for Area B for approximately 20 squares. Alternate Number 1 work also includes painting exposed steel with heavy duty epoxy paint system (primer, base coat, and top coat) for Roof Area B. Bid security is required in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. Performance and labor & material payment bonds: the successful contractor will be required to Provide performance and labor and material payment bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
