Description

Build one (1) new school to house grades PK-8 for 1,261 students; 146,312 sf; $ 36.7M co-funded project. Project Site Location: New PK-8 building to be built on the existing middle school site. The District may include locally funded initiative (LFI) budget for additional square footage, building upgrades/enhancements, etc. Additional LFI scope has not been determined at the time of this RFQ. Projects are to be built in accordance with the Ohio School Design Manual. Scope also includes Abatement & Demolition of four (4) buildings as follows: Auburn Elementary, Central Elementary, Dowds Elementary, and Shelby Middle School. Co-funded budget is approximately $1.85M. This project includes a store shelter allowance to harden 8,425 sf.
