4120--Replacement of AHU-24 Fan & Coil Compartment

A qualified contractor must be brought in to provide a turn-key replacement of existing AHU-24 blower and coil compartment between existing Outside Air (OA) and Return Air (RA) mixing plenum/pre-filter racks and the discharge air plenum/final filter racks. Remove all pneumatic controls and install new DDC controls connected to existing Siemens Desigo BAS via field panel installed in the mechanical space that houses the AHU. Require the existing 3-way CW control valve be replaced with a 2-way CW control valve and associated piping reconfigured to connect to new AHU-24. Require existing pneumatically controlled steam valve be replaced with a DDC control valve and associated steam piping be reconfigured to connect to the new AHU-24. Provide necessary VFD for control of a fan wall array in the new AHU.
