Fire Alarm System Retrofit Multiple Schools

Project construction to be started and completed prior to September 1, 2023. Project work can begin during the school year but must be coordinated with the District. Addenda and Prior Approvals will be distributed through the portal. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Contractor shall comply with all fair labor practices and shall meet the requirements of the State of Montana Prevailing Wage rates. A Bid Bond for ten percent (10%) of the bid, and a Performance Bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the bid will be required. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled time for receipt of Bids except as noted in the Instruction to Bidders. The Project will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
