Brooklyn College Elevator Maintenance and Repair

Brooklyn College of the City University of New York is seeking sealed bids in response to a public Invitation for Bids (IFB) solicitation to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to remedy elevator violations and deficiencies and provide ongoing maintenance. Contract Term: 5 years. Pursuant to Executive Law Article 17-B, this procurement has been identified as a set-aside, and the pool of bidders is limited to NYS-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses. Any purchases resulting from this advertisement shall be subject to New York State Appendix A and the terms and conditions of the CUNY Purchase Order and/or a CUNY agreement.
