Wolf Creek Pass VSF and Sand Shed

The new building shall be a 7,600 square foot pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) with a standing seam metal roof. The VSF, which is 3,680 square feet, will contain three 60 foot deep bays, two that are 20 feet wide and one which is 24 feet wide. There will be a restroom and office at the back of one of the bays. The sand shed will be a 4,000 square foot PEMB Sand Shed measuring 50’-0” x 80’-0”. The flooring shall be concrete slab-on-grade with a 20-foot concrete apron at the overhead doors, The Sand Shed will have a 10 foot cast in place concrete wall with metal building above and the VSF shall have a 4 foot concrete stem wall with metal building above.
