Description

Work includes a complete interior Renovation of the Existing 21,087 SF, three-level City Hall Building. There is very limited exterior work no habitable space is being added. The first two levels include renovated offices, support spaces and City Council Chambers. The third level is used for mechanical equipment. Scope of work does include a new fire protection system within the building.
