Paving of Rosland Rd: Us 97 to Drafter Rd

**As of June 8, 2023, project was awarded to Taylor Northwest, LLC, awarded amount is $643,672.80.** The Class of Work of this Project is Asphalt Concrete Paving and Oiling. 1.Install and maintain temporary traffic control. 2.Remove existing surfacing and perform excavation. 3.Construct new asphalt concrete pavement and aggregate base. 4.Install permanent pavement markings. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The value for this Contract is estimated to be between $450,000 and $650,000. The Work will consist of, but not be limited Bids shall be made on the forms furnished by the County, including a Bid Bond or Cashiers Check for the minimum amount of 10% of the Bid Price. Bidders shall be licensed with the Construction Contractor's Board. Contractors and subcontractors need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720. Deschutes County may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of Deschutes County it is in the public interest to do so.
