Parking Lot & Road Widening

Construction of a parking lot off Morgantown Road for the Center Grove Soccer Field. This parking lot includes underground detention, curbs, full depth pavement, landscaping, and a ditch reroute. Also the widening of Pennington Roadway from Morgantown Road to the East side of Hornaday Drive. This project will widen the road 8 feet to the North while milling & surfacing the existing roadway in the project limits. It also includes storm water improvement involving new storm structures, concrete ditches, and curb and gutter.
