Questions are submitted online No Adams 12 Five Star Schools (the District) seeks to appoint a qualified general mechanical contractor to perform HVAC cooling and boiler room upgrades at sites noted below. The selected contractor is to provide all labor, materials and items to complete the project on time, within budget, and in strict accordance with the project design and specifications. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - FOB Destination - Installation Required - Insurance Required - Local Service Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Anyone wishing to attend the pre-bid conference must have a valid government-issued photo ID.
