RFP Construction Manager-At-Risk - Raymond Community Park Phase 1

The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established.” The Project is generally described as follows: A. Raymond Community Park Phase 1 - Consists of a four-plex youth baseball complex, multiple multi-purpose fields, parking, pickleball and tennis courts, athletic field lighting, two playground areas (one inside the complex and one near the north, an irrigation system, an irrigation well, a spray ground, a restroom/concession stand facility, picnic stations, a group gathering pavilion, pond overlooks, hike and bike trails, and a maintenance storage area. B. Construction of the Raymond Community Park Phase 1 Improvements located in Prosper, Texas (Project Site) as defined and described in the Drawings and Specifications to be prepared by Architect for the Project. The Town has obtained the services of Dunaway Associates as our Architectural/Engineering firm to provide programming, design and construction administration services for the facility The Town of Prosper is accepting sealed proposals from qualified construction firms to provide Construction Manager-At-Risk Services necessary for the construction of the Raymond Community Park Phase 1, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in the RFP. Any proposals received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
