(5) Five single home 705 Lodgepole loop 707 Lodgepole loop 709 Lodgepole loop 508 Hawthorn loop 509 Hawthorn loop and 710/712 Lodgepole loop 950/952 Cedar Street 604/606 Juniper Drive 600/602 Juniper Drive 512/514 Hawthorn loop 502/504 Hawthorn loop Contractors, please note that CTUIR must know 1) your State of Oregon's contractor's license number; 2) Payment and Performance Bond (Must cover bid amount); and 3) Certificate of Liability Insurance (naming CTUIR as the insured). By submission of an IFB, the contractor agrees, if his/her bid is accepted, to enter into a contract with the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Reservation (CTUIR) Housing Department and to deliver all service and product as specified in his/her bid for the proposed costs and within completion date. The contractor shall, without additional expense to the CTUIR, be responsible for complying with all Federal or Tribal laws and regulations, including CTUIR's TERO code, Indian Owned Business/first preference (Buy Indian Act), applicable to the performance and scope of the work. IFB must be signed and dated: if a joint venture is submitting the IFB, each joint venture must sign the IFB. |
