| Description | Saint Paul Regional Water Services (SPRWS) is seeking proposals for the supply and distribution of pitcher filters in addition to post-construction water sampling for its customers as part of the "Lead-Free St. Paul" lead service line replacement project. SPRWS is seeking a full-service proposal which will entail direct-to-customer distribution of pitcher filters and water sample bottles. Water samples would be collected by the Proposer to complete water quality analysis and provide SPRWS with the collected data.
