The major construction items include: Base Bid Railroad Avenue Road: approximately 250 c.y. roadway excavation, unclassified; 900 tons HMA 25M-64 base course; 400 tons HMA 9.5M-64 surface course; 200 l.f. 9"x 18" concrete vertical curb; 35 s.y. 4" concrete sidewalk; 100 s.y. HMA driveway restoration; and various other restoration items. Base Bid Green Street Road: approximately 200 c.y. roadway excavation, unclassified; 190 tons HMA 25M-64 base course; 80 tons HMA 9.5M-64 surface course; 90 s.y. of HMA Milling, 2"; 420 l.f. of 9"x18" concrete vertical curb; 165 s.y. 4" concrete sidewalk; 3 units of Inlet, Type B; 115 l.f. of 15" RCP; and various other restoration items. Base Bid Railroad Avenue Water: approximately 40 l.f. of 1" Type "K" copper water service connection (incl. Temporary Pavement). Base Bid Green Street Water: approximately 155 l.f. of 3/4" Type "K" copper water service connection (incl. Temporary Pavement). Base Bid Mt. Nebo Road: approximately 760 l.f. of 2" HDPE water main installation (incl. Temporary Pavement); 270 l.f. of 3/4" Type "K" copper water service connection
