Description

Upgrades to Access Control System at The Elms, Rocco Impreveduto Towers & Kroll Heights. Replacing the existing access control system components at three buildings including head-end control units and point-of-use access card readers. Existing wiring is assumed to be reusable but must be checked for integrity. Bulk programming of new credentials for residents, SHA staff plus some spares for inventory. 400 proximity fobs. Training of SHA staff on use of new platform. New credential programming/management platform preferred to be web/app based and accessible to SHA staff without the need for a dedicated workstation. Attached labor and material list may not be inclusive of all labor and parts required for a fully operational system and shall be provided by the contractor. Provide specifications and brochures for all proposed equipment with your proposal for evaluation by the SHA. a. The Elms: i. Tracing and troubleshooting of existing wiring. ii. Access Control Panel – 1pc iii. Programming Keypad – 1pc iv. Control Panel Cabinet – 1pc v. Proximity Reader – 5pc vi. Interface Module – 5pc vii. All necessary cabling, conduit, clamps, etc. necessary for installations, not including the wiring from head-end to access readers, which is assumed to be reusable. b. Rocco Impreveduto Towers: i. Tracing and troubleshooting of existing wiring. ii. Access Control Panel – 1pc iii. Programming Keypad – 1pc iv. Control Panel Cabinet – 1pc v. Proximity Reader – 5pc vi. Interface Module – 5pc vii.
