| Description | Generally, the Authority expects the selected developer to develop a physical plan for the rehab, redevelopment or revitalization of properties owned by OHA that may be rental and or homeownership sites. Developer will be expected to provide planning, finance, engineering, construction management, marketing, sales, and property management. Developer must be able to partner with other developers or contractor to provide both renal and homeownership development opportunities.
