Qualified state licensed general contractors are invited to participate in the bidding phase for the following Six (6) residential projects through the First Tennessee Development District: Substantial Rehabilitation of One (1) Home under the Carter County THDA HOME Grant Housing program. Demolition and Reconstruction of Two (2) Homes under the Carter County THDA HOME Grant Housing program. Demolition and Replacement of One (1) Manufactured Home under the Carter County THDA HOME Grant Housing program. Demolition and Reconstruction of One (1) Home under the Johnson County THDA HOME Grant Housing Program. Demolition and Replacement of One (1) Manufactured Home under the Johnson County THDA HOME Grant Housing program. All state licensed general contractors wishing to participate in bidding on the projects under the Carter County THDA HOME and/or Johnson County THDA HOME programs are strongly encouraged to attend this pre-bid conference.
