Work to be bid consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment and services for the proposed improvements for WaIthall Road (CR 030) and Stark Road (CR 094), located in Butts County, Georgia, which is approximately 3.8 centerline miles of asphalt paving. This project will consist of the following (quantities are approximate) 100 tons of deep patching which will include milling out 3 inches of the existing asphalt and replacing with 3 inches of 19mm SP INCL BM&HL, 2710 tons of leveling with 9.5mm SP INCL BM&HL at 1 inch thickness, 3715 tons of topping with 12.5mm SP INCL BM&HL at 1 3/ inch thickness, and 4535 gallons of bituminous tack coat. Bid must also include 5 inch centerline and edgeline striping with high build paint.
