Description | Scope of Work: The nature of this project lends to variables beyond our control. It is the understanding that the issue may be greater than we can anticipate. It is expected that additional work will be completed at an agreed upon rate prior to the work beginning. Completed proposals shall include the following timeframe:dates available to begin work, including approximate number of days it will take to complete the job, as well as an estimated date of completion. The services to be provided include:1. The HVAC system should be cleaned including the exterior cabinets and coils as well as the interior ductwork. If suspect fungal activity is noted within the interior of the coil cabinets, it is usually recommended the entire unit be removed and replaced. All cleaning activities should be in accordance with NADCA guidelines. 2. 1st Floor a. Reuse gas furnace and coil.b. New expansion valve on coil.c. Move thermostat to kitchen area.d. Fix dehumidifier and duct it into exercise room not in ductwork. 3. 2nd Floor a. Reuse gas furnace and coil.b. New expansion valve on coil.c. Install new Bosch modulating heat pump 3 ton 18 SEER, model # BOSBOVB-36HDN1-M18M.or similar equipment d. Duct seal all ductwork in attic.e. Fix dehumidifier and duct it separately to all bedrooms and main area.f. Includes all parts, disposal of old equipment, start up and labor. The Lake Ozark Fire Protection District has discovered an issue with mold growth in one of our manned stations. After testing and consulting with qualified engineers, we have a plan to mitigate and prevent this issue from reoccurring. The HVAC system seems to be at the root of the issue and therefore we are addressing that issue with this request.
