Summer and Winter Maintenance - North Region Unit 1

The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit proposals for acceptance by the Borough to provide Summer and Winter Road Maintenance in the Central Region, Units 1, 2, 4 & 10. South Region, Units 3, 4, 7, 8 & 9. West Region, Units 4, 5 & 6. North Region, Unit 1. The scope of work consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment to perform summer and winter road maintenance. Allows zero unit prices and labor: Yes Allows negative unit prices and labor: Yes Q&A DEADLINE: APRIL 18, 2022 BY 5:00 PM. If the bid exceeds $100,000 the following apply: Certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond, made payable to the Kenai Peninsula Borough amount equal to five (5%) percent of the total bid, shall accompany each bid as evidence of good faith, a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the Bidder will execute the contract and give bond as required. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive minor irregularities in any bids or in the bidding procedure, and to accept any bid presented which meets or exceeds said specifications and which is deemed to be in the best interest of the Borough.
