10,000 Gallon, above Ground, Fuel Storage Tank and Dispensing System

•Supplier will obtain State and Local permits for fuel system installation. •Supplier will host an onsite safety and layout procedure meeting prior to start of project. •Supplier will perform required tank tightness test and call for required inspection before starting installation. •Supplier will supply and deliver (1) Cylindrical 10,000 Gallon UL-2085 Above Ground Fuel Storage Tank to CDOT Walden Facility. Tank shall be set to provide a low point from which to sump BS&W from the tank. •Supplier will assist CDOT provided crane and crane operator with off-loading of AST and setting the tank on the CDOT supplied concrete pad. •Supplier will provide electrician to provide electrical to the tank equipment as required per electrical code and terminate as needed after supplier has installed all equipment. •Install the remote fill, swing check, ball valve, piping from the fill to the tank, 95% overfill valve and drop tube. •Supplier will supply and install submersible turbine, solenoid valve and ball valve. •Supplier will supply and install dispenser stand with dispenser pan and shear valve. •Plumb with 1.5” product pipe into the dispenser stand. •Supply and install Electronic, 30 GPM single hose, single product dispensers on top of the stand. •Install emergency vents and a standard vent on the tank. •Install and calibrate the clock gauge in the tank and mount the overfill alarm on the remote fill. •Install the VeederRoot interstitial sensor •Install / Startup the Fuel Master fuel management system. •Supply, install and calibrate the Veeder-Root TLS4c; including connections into the FMU •Install the diesel filter, 16’ hose, whip hose, swivel, breakaway and nozzle on the dispenser. •Install required emergency stop switch and required signage for emergency stop switch •Install all required decals and emergency shut-off sign •Supply and install the fire extinguisher and cabinet. •Program the dispenser and Fuel Master system. •Purge and calibrate the dispenser •Verify correct operating functions.
