| Description | Proposals to assess kitchen cabinets and counter tops for repair or replacement. Only part of the cabinets need to be repaired and we are wanting to repair them to match existing if possible. Option 1 - Assess if repair is at all possible, repair damage or to replace only damaged cabinets to match existing. 1) Repair damage 2) Replace only necessary cabinets matching existing and reuse existing counter tops and back splash Option 2 - Replace all kitchen cabinets with new to match existing footprint and layout. A . Measure and present drawing with samples of cabinetry that will match existing foot print. B. Replace counter tops and back splash. Present quote for new counter tops in a Laminate and "Corian type" material according to LTBB Housing Director's specification. 1) Please separate cost of cabinets and each type of counter top 2) for comparative decision please indicate prices and indicate the pros and cons of each type material i.e. longevity,warranty, stain and scratch resistance etc. C. Remove existing cabinets from Entire kitchen and replace with new. D. Remove existing sink and replace with new if necessary,replace faucet only if needed. E. Unit is occupied therefore must work with LTBB Housing to gain entrance. F. Reinstall trim,molding,and replace and damaged portions. G. Remove and reinstall existing appliances. | ||||
