Rehabilitate Lexington State Armory A/E Services

The Consultant shall provide design and construction services for the alteration and restoration of all spaces and reprogramming to meet the requirements of a modern Readiness Center. Services shall include, but not limited to, the following: Hazardous materials abatement design Reprogramming and architectural design of spaces to deliver modern administrative, training, logistical, and storage environments Replacement of roof sections Replacement of and/or upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Renewable energy solutions Addition of security, telecommunications, and fire protection systems Provision of a new unit-level maintenance area Provision of kitchen, dining, and physical fitness spaces Restoration and preservation of historically significant spaces and elements Provision of direct vehicle access from street Site improvements, including storm drainage and sewer systems, electrical service, telecommunication duct bank, and steam service Development of furniture, kitchen equipment, physical fitness equipment, audiovisual equipment, and security equipment bid packages to be procured separately
