Description

Izembek NWR Rehab, Repair, and Perform Seismic Upgrades to Multiple Quarters and Facility Build. General Project Description The Design Build Contractor (DB) is responsible for providing all labor, facilities, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items to plan, design, permit and construct a complete project that fulfills the programmatic needs of the FWS. Investigation and safety checklist verification services will be included in the base bid and once an approved work plan and costs for repairs is reached, the Contracting Officer (CO) will modify the contract. FAR Price Range: For general project order-of-magnitude only. The anticipated cost of construction services will be between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 Izembek National Wildlife Refuge Design Build Period of Performance: 11/15/2022 to 09/15/2024 20% Bid Bond 100% Payment Bond 100% Performance Bond PROPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS. The phase 1 proposal due date is 10/25/2022 at 2:00 PM Eastern. Requests for Information.
