2023-2024 Weatherization Program North East Community Action Corporation (NECAC) is seek1g contractors for the 2023-2024 Weatherization Program b perform HVAC, plumbing, general contracting and/or llectrical work in the following counties: Lewis, Lincoln, facon, Marion, Monroe, Montgomery, Pike, Ralls, Randolph, helby, St. Charles and Warren. General Liability Insurance at a minimum of $300,000 combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage, per occurrence and aggregate. Vehicle Insurance at a minimum of $300,000 bodily injury per person / $500,000 bodily injury per accident / $300,000 property damage per accident for a split liability limit (SLL) policy OR $800,000 for a combine single limit (CSL) policy. Workers’ Compensation Insurance Coverage as required by law. (Even if you are a self-employed with zero employees this coverage is required). Current Business License/ or Occupation License(s) as required by local statutes. Must be registered and remain in good standing with the State of Missouri. OSHA-10 Certification for ALL employees.
