A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Work includes adding (2) rooftop units to the gym and (1) to the auditorium for heating & cooling. The existing roof structures will need to be modified to support the new rooftop units. Selective demolition of existing roof & existing mechanical equipment. New duct work will be required above the drop ceiling in the gym. Much of the existing duct work will be reused at the Auditorium.
