Description | As of November 28, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The work of this Contract generally consists of the construction of water infrastructure improvements to the Richmond Park Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and the YMCA Camp Chemical Treatment Facility (CTF). At The Richmond Park WTP these improvements include, but are not limited to, roof replacement, HVAC upgrades, plumbing upgrades, removal, disposal, and replacement of miscellaneous process piping and valves, chemical feed system upgrades which includes removal and disposal and replacement of existing chemical bulk and day tanks, all associated piping, transfer pumps, and associated electrical and instrumentation. At the YMCA Camp CTF these improvements include, but are not limited to, roof replacement, plumbing upgrades, and chemical feed system upgrades which includes removal and disposal and replacement of existing chemical bulk and day tanks, all associated piping, transfer pumps, and associated electrical and instrumentation. Sub Bid Category Single Ply Membrane Roofing/Standing Seam Metal Roof; Plumbing; Heating, ventilation, and Air Conditioning; and Electrical Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate **Sub Bid Date and time (10/05/2022 at 10:00 AM ET ) Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required. Minimum wage rates as determined by the Commissioner of Department of Labor and Industries under the provision of the M.G.L. c. 149, 26 to 27H, as amended, apply to this project.
