Description

Construction includes repairs to the stainless railing, concrete and asphalt walkways, greenway, curbs, stairs as well as lighting. Damages are from flooding as well as a variety of instances attributed to expansion, settling, vandalism and vehicle accidents. Area of work is along the eastern side of Leonor K. Sullivan Boulevard on the St. Louis Riverfront generally between Chouteau Avenue and Biddle Street.
