North Load Center 69 kV Switch Replacement

Asphalt Overlay - Fog Sealing, Emulsion, Electrical Installation/Construction. The general nature of the work on which bids will be received consists of removal of existing 69 kV GOAB switches and replacement with new owner furnished 69 kV GOAB switches with associated equipment. The Work shall be performed at the North load Center located in Waverly, Iowa. Contractorshall furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price, as security for the faithful performance and payment of all of Contractors obligations under the Contract Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bidders maximum Bid price if in the form of a certified or bank check The work shall be completed no later than May 1, 2024. Construction Start Date February 1, 2024 Substantial Completion May 1, 2024* Final Completion June 1, 2024
