Description

A certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, made payable to the Prospect Park Borough, must accompany each bid. Address all bids to Prospect Park Borough at the above address. The envelope should be plainly endorsed in the lower left hand corner "Summit Avenue Restoration Project". Attention of Bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid package including Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates (if applicable) various insurance requirements, and the requirements for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price and a one year maintenance bond for 10% of the contract price. Prospect Park Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids and the right to waive any technicalities which they deem are in the best interest of the Borough.
