Description

Description: Demolition, installation of concrete pad and pavers, including ADA ramp and stairs, etc. QUESTIONS MAY BE DIRECTED TO: Charles Dobey 505-334-7664 cdobey@aztecnm.gov Expected to Award Date: 09-25-23 Removal of existing ground pavers in the courtyard area (approx. 3,650 sq ft). Removal of existing pavers on stage (approx. 350 sq ft). Department Demolition / removal of electrical infrastructure and lighting. Installation of new electrical infrastructure, lighting, etc. Demolition and hauling off existing sidewalk so that concrete base and pavers of courtyard will be at proper elevation with street curb. Installation of 4 concrete base foundation (est. 4,000 sq ft). Installation of 1 pavers on top of concrete (est. 4,000 sq ft). See pattern below. Installation of 4 concrete base foundation for stage area (est. 350 sq ft). Concrete elevation will need to allow for 2 pavers to be flush with existing wall. Ramp exiting plaza area to parking area on east will need to be ADA compliant.
