Description | Project is to be constructed on Town owned property located at approximately 7450 East 200 South Huntsville, Utah. Project size and layout is based upon an estimation of municipal needs as outlined above, and anticipated departmental needs. The facility needs is the estimate of the Town staff, based upon the best available information at this time this request is made. It is anticipated that the actual building areas will be adjusted, based upon final recommendations from the parties involved. All considerations of the proposal should be calculated based upon the 20-year service requirements. This Request is intended to select a Design/Build Team to provide for the layout, design, and the construction of the new town recreation and municipal building. The SOQ from the team is for the construction of the new Huntsville Town Recreation and Municipal Building, located at approximately 7450 East 200 South Huntsville, Utah 84317. A qualified team of General Contractors/Architects for the layout, design, and the construction of the new Community Center. All questions relative to this project prior to the opening of the bids, shall be directedto Jared Andersen, Town Engineer, jandersen@sunrise-eng.com. Question period will terminate July 1, 2022. The final phase will be the actual construction of the facility. Size = 6,000 to 10,000 square feet. Budget = approximately $2,400,000 (separated $900,000 community center, $1,300,000 municipal offices). Bond required = $1,000,000. The Town reserves the right to interview respondents or to request product demonstrations as part of the proposal evaluation process and to reject any or all proposals. |
