Description

This project will consist of all associated work to extend water and wastewater utilities northwest to future developments from the City’s existing infrastructure, including approximately 6,400 LF of 12-inch water line, 3,185 LF of 12-inch sanitary sewer, and 5,755 LF of 8-inch base bid force main with 530 gpm lift station or 3,005 LF of 4-inch alternate bid force main with 150 gpm lift station including all necessary appurtenances by open cut or trenchless construction.
