Bond Requirements: Bid bonds are required in accordance with FAR 28-101-4. An electronic copy of your bid bond must be submitted with your proposal. An electronic copy of your bid bond will be requested from the apparent low upon confirmation of their price and must be submitted to the FEAD office within one (1) week from time of request. Failure to submit an electronic copy of your bid bond with your proposal will result in your proposal being deemed nonresponsive and your proposal removed from consideration. Estimated Cost Range: Between $ 5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00 completion- 555 calendar days The work includes the project shall construct a renovation of building 4397 - TISD Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, North Carolina Building to include interior reconfiguration including restroom renovation; interior finishes and painting, plumbing piping fixtures, HVAC systems, interior/exterior light fixtures; add additional outlets and telecommunications, FF&E package, and AV package. This project also includes the demolition of several interior areas of the building to meet the user requirement. Remove Jersey barriers and modify existing parking lot area to meet ATFP requirements. Specify Bid Options for each of the following improvements in the "Parking Lots" listed in civil drawings and incidental related work.
