| Description | The applicant is proposing disturbances to the regulated area of NYS Freshwater Wetland FH-3, a Class I wetland, and Sterling Valley Creek (NYS Water Index #: Ont-73-3), a Class C navigable water of the State, in association to the replacement of the existing stream crossing carrying McIntyre Road over the wetland and waterbody. The proposed work includes the complete removal of the existing double barrel culvert structure and its replacement with a 65-foot single-span bridge on a similar horizontal alignment and a raised vertical profile. The project site is located approximately 0.2 mile southeast of the intersection of McIntyre Road and Coopers Bluff Road. |
