Description

Seeking a qualified Architect-Engineering (AE) firm to provide Schematics, Design Development, Construction Documents, Technical Specifications, Construction Period Services, Site Visits, Cost Estimates, As-Built Documentation, and all other related information for Project 620A4-22-103 Replace Roofs & Facades Buildings 18, 19, 20, 21 at Castle Point VAMC. - Objective of this acquisition is for successful planning, design and construction management to replace roofs on buildings 18, 19, 20 and 21 as a phased renovation. In addition, the design shall be phased for the renovation of the various exterior elevations of the existing building facade with structural integrity repairs including tuckpointing and sealcoat, repairs due to intrusion of inclement weather and deficiency impacts, utilities support and hanger design, lintels. Lastly, caulking, painting and removal of aged anchors and hole patching is required for fall protection. Coordination with the State Historical Preservation Office in accordance with the National Historic Preservation Act. Adherence and consideration will be made with the National Environmental Policy Act.
