Building One (1) Plant Maintenance

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, and transportation necessary to conduct weekly inspection and maintenance of all live foliage/plants in AFSPC HQ Bldg 1, Peterson AFB, CO. There are approximately 341 plants/live foilage and 20 trees throughout the building. Plant/Tree Types include: Ficus Tree, Marginata Branch, Bamboo Palm, Fish Tail Palm, Amate Shcefflera, Dracaena Marginata, Dracaena Massangeana Cane, Kentia, Norfolk Island Pine, Janet Craig, Dracaena Janet Craig Cane, Massangeana Cane, Warneckii, Warneckii Tips, Spath, Neanthe, Bella Palm, Pothos, Pothos – HB, Philo-Selloum, Dwarf Shefflera, Croton, Varagated.Arboricola, Rhapis Palm, Reflexa, Sanseveria, Majesty Palm, Aglaonema, Spath Sensation,Aglo-Hybrid, Corn Tips, Ivy- Hanging Baskets, Pole Pothos, Algerian, Dracaena Marginata, Aspidistra. Plants and Trees listed above are located on the atrium floor and in planters that catwalk the west atrium.
