Parking Garages and Surface Lots Cleaning and Maintenance Services

The City of Tampa ("City") is seeking proposals to provide all supervision, administrative, and technical support, labor, materials, supplies and equipment, as well as planning, scheduling, and coordinating to assure effective completion of all cleaning and maintenance services for the City's Parking garages and surface lots described. Bid Bond None Woman-Owned/Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (WMBE) and Small/Local Business Enterprises (SLBE) are encouraged to participate in the bid process. The City of Tampa has a managed Small and Local Busineess program to certify both its woman-owned, minority-owned, and small business vendors. Please be advised that even if you have a self declared attribute on the system, your firm must complete the City of Tampa certification process in order to take advantage of the program benefits in City bidding opportunities.
