Exterior Concrete Replacement at Southwest and West Divisions

A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Locations - Pace Southwest Division, 9889 Industrial Drive, Bridgeview, IL 60160 Pace West Division, 3500 West Lake Street, Melrose Park, IL 60160 A summary description of the work is the Pace Southwest Division Exterior Concrete Repairs in accordance with the Contract Documents set forth herein. The Contractor, by entering into this Contract, agrees that it is an independent contractor and not an agent of Pace; and as an independent Contractor, agrees to perform and complete the Work on the Project described herein, in accordance with the plans, specifications, and requirements of this Contract and the exhibits and documents incorporated herein including, but not limited to, providing all permits and including all costs as denoted in Exhibit A. Q & A End Date : 2:00 p.m. on April 19, 2022.

Division 03 -	Concrete, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry.
Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing.
Division 10 -	Specialties, Signage, Protective Covers, Transportation Stop Shelters.
Division 12 -	Furnishings, Multiple Seating, Pews and Benches, Benches.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
Division 31 -	Earthwork.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Sidewalks.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
