Force Main 33A and 36A Replacements

Consist of replace 1,438 linear feet of eight-inch force main (FM) and 2,829 linear feet of 14-inch force main (FM 33A & 36A RTU #238 & #241). Force main terminates in manhole at 3633 26th Street West and at 34A on 24th Street West. This is the lift station serving the south and east ends of The Bayshore on The Lakes Condominiums and a number of apartments that are over-loaded. The storage capacity is only one third of the total required and the existing 6- inch CIP force main has an approximate peak velocity of just under 10 fps. This lift station ties into the 14-inch CIP force main that has also been identified as requiring replacement
