Slayton Drive Road Improvements

The Scope of Work shall include, but not be limited to: the installation of a new inlet and 12" diameter HDPE underdrain, eco-curb plate restrictors, repair of inlet walls, installation of bike safe grates, replacement of MH castings and covers, 2" full width roadway milling, road excavation and base repair as required, 2" thick surface course Superpave HMA 9.5 M 64, pavement markings and striping, and other incidental construction as shown or indicated on the Construction Plans and as described in the Specifications. The Scope of Work shall also include site restoration and reseeding of disturbed areas, and/or other incidental construction as shown or indicated on the plans and/or as described in the Specifications. The term of Contract for the Work shall be for a period anticipated to commence upon the Owner's issuance of a Notice to Proceed to the Contractor. Bids shall be hand written on the form furnished by the Township in the Proposal Section of the Contract Documents, as that term is defined in the Contract referenced herein, and prepared and submitted in the manner designated.
