Lincoln We-Go Relief Station Rehabilitation Project

The project includes but is not limited to the following bid items: Replacement of the existing pumps, floats, controllers, electrical and control wiring, the interior of the wet well and the valve structures cleaned and epoxy lined, rehabilitation of the existing wet well and valve structure with a XYLEM TOP package system, replacement of sluice gate, operator, and floats in the sluice gate structure, reconnection of the relief sewer and force main and all other pertinent work and material necessary to complete the project. All work under this Bid and the resulting contract shall comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq. and the other applicable laws and ordinances. Offers may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid date without the consent of the Board of Trustees. Any Bid submitted unsealed, unsigned, sent via email or fax or received after the aforementioned date and time, will be disqualified and returned to the bidder. The Village reserves the right in its sole discretion, to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities technicalities and informalities in bid procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interests of the Village.
