Description | DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Contractor shall remove and replace existing food service equipment: flight type dishwasher; pulper system waste handling equipment; tray conveyers; and the associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing work to facilitate the new equipment installation. The scope of work also includes removal and replacement of existing flooring, ceiling and lights. Additionally, the work includes the installation of a new eye wash station. The work will be divided into two phases: Phase 0 (preparation of submittals, receipt of University's approval, and procurement of applicable equipment) and Phase 1 (all remaining Work of the project including actual on-site construction Work).
