Douglass Wrought Iron Fence Installation

Scope of Work: 1. Remove and legally dispose of 398 L.F. of existing chain link fence, tubular posts, concrete footings and swing gates along frontage property. 2. Provide and Install new 398 L.F. of Wrought Iron Fence along frontage property to include 290 L.F 12”x3” of compacted screening surface and the following access gates: 1. One (1) 22-foot wide Manually Operated, Tracked, Sliding vehicular access gate with heavy duty rollers. New Stainless Steel Track shall be bolted at 12” O.C. to existing concrete driveway using 3-inch bolts. 2. One (1) 16-foot wide Manually Operated, Tracked, Sliding vehicular access gate with heavy duty rollers. New Stainless Steel Track shall be bolted at 12” O.C. to existing concrete driveway using 3-inch bolts. 3. One (1) 14-foot wide double-swing pedestrian access gate. 4. One (1) 5-foot wide single-swing pedestrian access gate. 3. Remove and legally dispose of 48 L.F. of existing chain link fence, tubular posts and swing gates located perpendicular to frontage property. 4. Provide and Install new 48 L.F. of Wrought Iron Fence to be placed perpendicular to frontage property with one new six (6) foot wide pedestrian gate.
