Description

RFI Responses Due - December 18, 2022 The CSD intends to secure a contract for CM services for the Project. The CM shall provide consulting, pre-evaluation, construction administration services, scheduling and estimating/cost control services during the design phase of the Project, and shall be the CM at risk during construction, holding the trade contracts and providing the management, administration and construction services during the construction phase. The CM shall competitively procure and contract with the trade contractors and assume the responsibility and the risk of construction delivery within the specified cost and schedule terms, after providing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the scope(s) of work for the Collierville High School Expansion and all other Project facilities. This RFQ/P is issued by the CSDs representative, Renaissance Group, Inc., who shall serve as the RFQ/P Coordinator. The point of contact for information or questions relating to this RFP is: Renaissance Group, Inc. Technical information responses provided by the CSD will be provided to all respondents. CSD intends to enter into agreements for the expansion of Collierville High School consisting of classrooms and associated restrooms, offices, and stairwells of approximately 25,000 sq. ft. (to open August 1, 2024), including FFE for use in the classrooms, offices, restrooms and all related infrastructure and site improvements (the Project) for use by the CSD. The Project site is more fully described in Exhibit A attached hereto. The CSD has the responsibility to design and construct the expansion. The CSD has the authority to oversee and approve all aspects of this design, procurement and construction process. Begin Construction - March 7, 2023 Substantial Completion - June 30, 2024 The CSD reserves the right to reject any and all responses received as a result of this RFQ/P or, subject to complying with applicable law, to negotiate separately with any source whatsoever in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the CSD. Neither the CSD nor the City of Collierville intends to pay for the information solicited or obtained through any response or shall be liable for any cost incurred by any respondent prior to issuance of a formal contract.
