Description

Description: The Rapid City Parks Division has ordered a new greenhouse. Site preparation work must occur before the building is delivered and assembled. Work includes, but is not limited to, grading, extending water and gas lines, rerouting a section of sanitary sewer, and pouring a foundation. Bid alternates include new asphalt paving and pouring an interior floor slab. Parks staff will be performing electrical work.
