Security System Upgrades - Old Town and Civic Center Parking Structures

The scope of work at the Civic Center Parking Structure (CCPS) and Old Town Parking Structure (OTPS) includes but is not limited to, security cameras, camera mounts and poles, camera licenses, emergency call boxes, emergency call box mounts, conduit and cabling, Cat6 cabling, cable terminations, and conduit painting. The selected Contractor is required to make provisions in their BID for any work that is required to be done outside of normal work hours or on the weekends. The selected Contractor is required to communicate with the City Project Manager 48 hours in advance for any schedule adjustments.
