Snow Removal Services

The following list of sites are the areas where snow removal work is to be performed: Parkridge Homes: including mail box areas, fire hydrants and community building located at 1926 Brookside Drive. Lynfield Homes - including mailbox areas, fire hydrants and community Building located at 1889 Lynfield Drive. Pembroke Development - including mail box areas, fire hydrants and Fink Building located at1161 Fritz Drive. Marvine Development - including mail box areas, fire hydrants and Northeast Office Building located at 1429 Fritz Drive. Fairmount Development - including mail box areas, fire hydrants. Pfeifle Homes - including laterals (front & back, from door to street), porch.stoops and Laundry Facilities Building located at 1310 Dover Lane. Bayard Homes - including laterals (front & back, from door to street), porch stoops. All sidewalks, main laterals, steps, cluster mailboxes and fire hydrants throughout these developments are to be cleared of snow and or ice. In addition, you will be asked to give a per unit price for snow removal at handicapped apartments. We currently have approximately 200 such units. These units are to have the following areas serviced; their laterals (front & back, from door to street), porch stoops and driveways where they exist. DURATION OF CONTRACT: The contractor shall be prepared to remove snow from November 1, 2020 through March 21, 2021. There is an option for renewal for one additional year.
